About Nicholas

Nicholas Wainwright is an Attorney at Stinar Gould Grieco & Hensley, focusing on cases involving sexual and interpersonal violence and abuse, particularly where children were harmed by serial predators. He represents victims of sexual abuse throughout the country in cases against business entities, religious institutions, and schools. Nicholas was part of a team that set a record for the largest known single party sex abuse settlement in Ohio history with fellow SGGH attorneys Martin Gould and Valerie Letko. He has been the Supervising Attorney for "Community Christian Legal Services" and a Volunteer Attorney with the Department of Veteran’s Affairs Outpatient Clinic in Toledo, Ohio since 2019. He also served as President of the Wood County, Ohio Bar Association in 2022. He graduated from Bowling Green State University in 2015 and with his Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law in 2019.
