About Parker
Parker Stinar is a Founding Partner of Stinar Gould Grieco & Hensley (SGGH), co-chairing the firm’s Mass Tort and Sexual Abuse practice groups. He is a relentless advocate for justice, representing clients in high-stakes, complex civil litigation involving sexual abuse, toxic torts, catastrophic injury, medical negligence, and institutional failures across more than 40 jurisdictions. Parker has been instrumental in securing over $1.5 billion in global settlements, including over $1 billion for sexual abuse survivors. He is recognized as a leading attorney holding institutions accountable for enabling sexual predators. He serves as Co-Lead Counsel in a landmark class action against the University of Michigan involving former football coach Matt Weiss and is leading another high-profile class action against Henry Ford Health Macomb. Parker also led litigation against Northwestern University for sexual abuse, hazing, and racial discrimination. He served on the court-appointed Plaintiff Leadership Team in the University of Michigan Dr. Robert Anderson abuse case, securing a record-breaking $490 million settlement. He also played a role in the Dr. Larry Nassar litigation. Beyond the courtroom, Parker is a Member of CHILD USA, advocating for legislative reform for abuse survivors. In toxic torts, he represents clients exposed to toxic water at Camp Lejeune. Earlier in his career, he was a skilled medical malpractice and birth injury trial lawyer, securing multiple seven-figure verdicts by age 30 and eight-figure recoveries by age 35.
