Nicholas Youtz has joined the litigation practice group in Moorhead Law Group’s Santa Rosa Beach office. Youtz is experienced in the areas of real estate, business, and finance. Nick has practiced in all levels of state courts from Key West to Pensacola. His practice areas include business and real property disputes, condominium and community association-related litigation, and probate administration. His experience in real estate litigation includes enforcement of loans for regional and national mortgage servicers and lenders. Nick is admitted to practice law in Florida and is a member of the American Bar Association, Bay County Bar Association, and St. Andrews Bay American Inns of Court. A native of Alliance, Ohio, Nick received his undergraduate degree from Mount Union College with a B.A. in history, where he played baseball for four years. He received his J.D. from St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami Gardens, Florida. Nick and his wife, Lauren, live in Panama City Beach with their daughter and two dogs. In his spare time, Nick enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, and is an avid college football fan.
