About Nicolas

Nicolas “Nick” Treptow brings his legal knowledge and passion for client advocacy to personal injury victims in Fort Myers and throughout Southwest Florida. A Miami native and proud alumnus of Christopher Columbus High School, Nick earned his Bachelor of Science in Sport Management from Florida State University in 2019 and received his Juris Doctor from Florida International University College of Law in 2024. While in law school, Nick served as President of the FIU Law chapter of the Cuban American Bar Association (CABA), helping organize impactful legal events and earning the organization’s Student Member of the Year Award. He also sharpened his courtroom skills through FIU Law’s respected Trial Advocacy program. Before joining Wolfson & Leon, Nick worked with well-regarded personal injury firms across Miami-Dade and Broward counties, gaining hands-on experience in litigation and case management. His fluency in Spanish and Portuguese allows him to effectively serve the diverse communities of Fort Myers, Cape Coral, and beyond. Nick is committed to helping his clients understand their legal rights and pursue the compensation they need to recover after serious injuries.
