About Olivia

Olivia Miller represents her clients with experience that matters. Olivia, a graduate of Barry University School of Law, has been a member of the Florida Bar since 2012. She is licensed to practice in Florida and multiple federal courts throughout the State. Olivia joined Chad Barr Law in 2018 and handles an array of cases from breaches of contract and insurance disputes to criminal defense. Olivia’s personal injury experience includes general negligence cases, products liability, premises liability, and wrongful death. She leads the firm’s personal injury department, representing clients injured in car accidents, slip or trip and falls, dog bite incidents, and pedestrian accidents. Olivia is passionate about litigation and trial advocacy, as well as supporting other women in her community. She is a founding Board Member of the Seminole County Florida Association for Women Lawyers. She has also been the recipient of multiple awards for her work in the law, highlighting her success in the legal industry. Olivia lives with her husband, two children, and goldendoodle in College Park.
