William England has spent more than a decade ensuring that insurance companies do not take advantage of their insureds. Will is a native Floridian, as well as devoted husband and father of two. Will earned his undergraduate degrees in legal studies, communications, and psychology from the University of Central Florida in 2007. Then in 2012, Will graduated from Barry University School of Law and became a member of the Florida Bar. Will joined the firm in 2019 and brings his experience specializing in personal injury protection (PIP) recovery for numerous medical providers, personal injury claims, and wrongful death cases. At Chad Barr Law, Will handles numerous types of claims, including bodily injury, personal injury, general negligence, personal injury protection (PIP), windshield glass, homeowner’s insurance, and life insurance, as well as numerous other forms of insurance denials and coverage disputes. Will’s top priority is securing his clients rights as a zealous advocate and protecting his clients from intimidation by powerful insurance companies.
