About Patrick
Patrick Walkington joined Falk Waas in November 2024. He has litigation experience defending individuals, businesses, associations, and insurance carriers in general liability, auto-negligence, premises liability, contract and indemnity disputes, and landlord-tenant law. Previously, he served as in-house counsel for Universal Property & Casualty Insurance Company, handling First Party Property cases from inception through trial. He graduated from Barry University - Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law, receiving the Outstanding Performance Award during his clinical externship.
