Paul A. Simpson

About Paul

Paul Simpson is of counsel to the firm and assists other members of the firm, on an as needed basis, in working with businesses and individuals in corporate and commercial transactions. Paul has more than 35 years of experience in assisting clients in dealing with business sales and acquisitions, employment matters, addressing corporate succession issues, and other issues which arise for small and medium sized businesses. Paul received his undergraduate degree from Washington and Lee University, and his law degree from Wake Forest University. During his more than 30 years in Fredericksburg, Paul has served on the Boards of a variety of charitable organizations, including the Community Foundation of the Rappahannock River Region and the Thurman Brisben Center.
