About Paul
Paul D. Celano was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland. He attended the University of Maryland College Park, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Criminal Justice. He then received his Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law. During law school, he clerked at Foran & Foran, P.A. Paul also holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the American University Kogod School of Business. After being admitted to the Maryland Bar, he worked as a trial attorney for a national automobile insurance company, regularly appearing in Maryland District and Circuit Courts. In 2022, he rejoined Foran & Foran, P.A., shifting his focus from defense work to representing individuals injured in accidents. He has tried hundreds of personal injury cases and conducted numerous hearings before the Maryland Workers’ Compensation Commission.
