About Perry

Perry Buckner joined Yarborough Applegate in 2019 and has practiced law in Charleston since 2011. Since 2019 alone, he has helped to obtain more than $110 million in verdicts and settlements for his clients. These results include some of the largest single-injury settlements in the history of South Carolina and have included the representation of victims in cases involving industrial workplace accidents, tractor trailer collisions, defective products, negligent security, insurance bad faith, corporate negligence, medical malpractice, and nursing home neglect. Perry has been recognized and selected by his peers in South Carolina as a “Rising Star” in the Super Lawyers publication for Plaintiff’s civil litigation and has been selected as one of the “Top 40 Under 40” in South Carolina by the National Trial Lawyers Association. He frequently lectures and presents at legal seminars for the South Carolina Bar, the South Carolina Association for Justice, and other organizations involving topics such as trial strategy, healthcare litigation, and corporate negligence cases.
