About Philip

Mr. Priore’s experience and law practice spans several disciplines and two states. Mr. Priore began his law career with Liebert, Short, FitzPatrick & Lavin, P.C., initially developing extensive experience in products liability, insurance coverage and general litigation matters. Thereafter, he and David McCormick, Esquire founded McCormick & Priore, P.C., where he expanded his areas of practice to include employment and construction litigation, with a specialty in complex contractual indemnification and additional insured issues among owners, general contractors and subcontractors. Mr. Priore regularly speaks at continuing legal education seminars on such issues as coverage, products liability law, construction accidents and trial preparation. He has tried multiple cases to verdict in both state and federal courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
