About Philip

Phil graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts from New Jersey City University, studying Political Science. He graduated with a Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law, where he participated in the Investor Advocacy Project, D-NJ and SDNY Mediation Practicum - pro bono programs representing clients in alternative dispute resolution via mediation. During law school, Phil also gained invaluable experience as a judicial intern for the Honorable Walter F. Timpone, Associate Justice of the New Jersey Supreme Court, and as a law clerk at a busy criminal defense firm handling municipal, state and federal matters. Licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey, Phil is passionate about helping people and his practice focuses on the areas of workers’ compensation, all types of personal injury cases, criminal law and municipal court proceedings. Phil is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association. He resides in Monmouth County. Phil is also a professional fire captain with the North Hudson Regional Fire & Rescue, in Union City, NJ. Prior to that, he was an apprentice in Local 14 of the Plumbers Union and served as a rifleman in the United States Marine Corps.
