Raechel M. Badalamenti graduated from Eisenhower High School, Oakland University, and Wayne State University Law School (cum laude). She joined the firm as a law clerk in 2002 and became a partner in 2011, leading to the firm's name change. Her practice focuses on litigation, including Corporate Law and Business Litigation, Municipal Law and Litigation (Land Use Disputes and Civil Rights Defense), Employment Litigation Defense, and General Civil Litigation. She also provides business services for companies, including business plans, contracts, and agreements.
