Rosemary V. Davis is a Senior Associate Attorney specializing in municipal law, land use law, zoning law, eminent domain, and public employment labor law. She has over 25 years of experience, providing legal insight and counsel to municipal clients, serving as municipal counsel at planning commission and zoning board of appeal meetings, and prosecuting district court criminal and civil infraction proceedings. She has argued land use appeals, negotiated collective bargaining agreements, and arbitrated labor grievances. She has served the City of Sterling Heights, City of Fraser, Chesterfield Township, Washington Township, and currently serves Shelby Township and Harrison Township.
