A proud graduate of the University of Missouri Kansas City School of Law, Ray worked tirelessly to earn his degree while balancing part-time work, embodying the dedication he now brings to his clients. Ray’s legal career is defined by his commitment to helping hardworking individuals achieve justice, particularly in wage and hour law. His expertise spans civil litigation, personal injury, product liability, and representing employees and unions in cases involving labor rights. Ray became a partner at Boyd Kenter Thomas & Parrish in 2020, reflecting his exceptional contributions to the firm and his field. A passionate advocate, Ray has a wealth of experience handling wage and hour disputes, including matters involving FLSA violations, prevailing wage laws, and collective bargaining agreements. His extensive work includes assisting firefighters and union representatives in identifying pay violations and navigating complex employment laws. Ray is an active member of the Missouri Bar Association, the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association, and the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys. When not practicing law, Ray enjoys fishing, hiking, cooking, and cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs and Royals. He shares his life with his wife, Krissie, and their playful cat, Elfie.
