About Richard

Richard P. Santosusso concentrates his practice in personal injury litigation. Prior to joining Simon & Simon, P.C., Mr. Santosusso worked at several other Philadelphia area law firms handling a broad range of cases including commercial vehicle accidents, premises liability, products liability, medical malpractice, construction defect, and motor vehicle accidents. His experience includes representing clients through all stages of litigation from initial pleadings through trial and appeal. Mr. Santosusso also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Donna M. Woelpper in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. Mr. Santosusso is a 2015 graduate of the Villanova University, Charles Widger School of Law. While in law school, he was a Certified Legal Extern for the Defender Association of Philadelphia. He also served on the Villanova Law Moot Court Executive Board, where he participated in interscholastic tournaments and led Villanova Law’s Theodore L. Reimel Moot Court Competition. He is currently a member of the Villanova University Inn of Court. Mr. Santosusso is certified as an arbitrator in the First Judicial District of Pennsylvania. He also holds an OSHA 30-hour Construction Safety and Heath Certification. Mr. Santosusso attended Seton Hall University where he earned a B.A. in Political Science with a minor in Russian and Eastern European Studies. Born in Philadelphia, Mr. Santosusso now resides in South Jersey.
