Rick L. Jancha is an Of Counsel attorney specializing in federal criminal defense. He graduated with Honors from the University of Notre Dame Law School in 1977. He was admitted to the Indiana and Michigan Bars in 1977, and to the Florida Bar in 1993. His career includes nine years as a criminal defense attorney, followed by 21 years as a federal prosecutor with the Department of Justice, where he headed the Organized Crime Drug Task Force and served as Managing Assistant United States Attorney in Orlando. He retired from government in 2007 and returned to private practice, eventually joining Rajan Joshi as Of Counsel. He is recognized for his expertise in complex criminal cases, international drug trafficking, money laundering, and wiretaps, and has taught law enforcement and legal personnel internationally.
