Sousa has dedicated a significant portion of his career to representing individuals injured at work in Connecticut. His expertise in workers' compensation law is extensive, encompassing thousands of both contested and uncontested cases. He also has a notable background in politics, having served as the First Selectman (Mayor) of Orange, Connecticut, from 1995-1999. He proudly served his country as a commissioned United States military intelligence officer in the United States Army. Currently residing in Milford with his wife, he continues to be a pillar of both his professional and local communities.
