Robert Jacobs co-founded Jacobs & Crumplar in 1981. He holds a Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering from City College of the City University of New York (1963) and a law degree from Temple University (1968). He practiced with Bader, Dorsey & Kreshtool before co-founding his firm. Jacobs applies his chemical engineering knowledge to patent litigation and is an effective attorney in State and Federal Courts. He is a member of the Delaware State Bar Association, American Association for Justice, Delaware Trial Lawyers Association, and Trial Lawyers for Public Justice. He is a past president of the Delaware Trial Lawyers Association and has served on the Board of Governors of the American Association for Justice, also chairing committees including the Section on Toxic Environmental and Pharmaceutical Torts.
