About Roger
Roger Denton has dedicated his 40-year career to representing individuals injured by the railroad industry, environmental disasters, dangerous products, and defective pharmaceutical drugs. He has litigated cases in over a dozen states, achieving record-setting verdicts and over 20 jury verdicts exceeding one million dollars against major railroads. He has appeared before the U.S. Supreme Court and served in leadership roles in numerous complex litigations and mass torts, including the Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee for the DuPont C-8 Personal Injury Litigation and various pharmaceutical MDLs (Yasmin/Yaz, Pradaxa, NuvaRing, Xarelto, Ortho Evra, Gadolinium Based Contrast Agents). He was a lead negotiator in several multi-million dollar settlements. In 2020, he was named to Missouri Lawyer’s Weekly’s inaugural Power List for personal injury lawyers. He is a frequent speaker and member of several professional associations. He graduated cum laude from Culver Stockton College in 1978 and summa cum laude from St. Louis University School of Law in 1982.
