About Stephen
Stephen D. Behnke practices civil litigation, business transactions, and real estate and landlord-tenant law. He is licensed in Ohio and California. He was named a Rising Star by Ohio 'Super Lawyers' magazine in 2011, 2012, 2014, and 2015, and was included in the top 40 trial lawyers under 40 by the National Trial Lawyers Organization in 2012. He is Vice-President of the Miami Valley Trial Lawyers Association and an active contributor to the Ohio legal community, having co-authored amicus briefs and articles, and spoken at CLEs.
