About Ryan
Ryan Flaherty is an attorney at Simon & Simon, P.C., where he focuses on all aspects of personal injury litigation. Mr. Flaherty represents injury victims for accidents including slip and falls, motor vehicle accidents, and premises liability cases. Ryan joined Simon & Simon, P.C., after several years of insurance defense and products liability litigation. A lifelong native of the Pittsburgh region, Mr. Flaherty grew up in Bethel Park, Pennsylvania and graduated Cum Lade from John Carroll University where he studied History, German Language, and Modern European Studies. He thereafter attended Duquesne University School of Law where he was admitted into the nationally ranked trial advocacy program and interned with Senior Federal Judge Donetta Ambrose. Ryan is admitted to practice throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and in the Federal Western District of Pennsylvania.
