Samantha Baldwin specializes in representing individuals in cases involving personal injuries, wrongful death, and property damage from wildfires. Prior to joining Fox Law, she was a partner at a boutique personal injury firm in Santa Barbara representing injured clients across California. She has recovered millions for her clients and has been recognized by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star for multiple years. This honor recognizes the top 2.5% of all attorneys under 40. She has also served as the president of several women lawyers’ associations throughout California. Sam is an active supporter of youth sports, specifically San Diego Shores Water Polo Club.
