About Samantha
Growing up in Boyle Heights, California, Samantha Hernandez-Ortega was attuned with her community’s need of fair, accessible, and zealous legal advocacy. While interning at a boutique personal injury law firm in Boston, Massachusetts, Samantha realized her skillset and passion aligned with assisting victims of personal injuries and ensuring their protection against insurance companies. For the past 12+ years, Samantha has worked along-side some of this generation’s greatest trial attorneys, learning a wealth of knowledge in civil trial preparation and litigation experience. Samantha has seamlessly transferred these skills successfully into her daily practice. She is now the Supervising Attorney at AlderLaw, PC, and continues to share her knowledge with her staff. In doing so, Samantha has revolutionized the meaning of teamwork and mentorship in our law firm environment and is a staple of the firm’s growth and success. In her short time as a licensed attorney, Samantha has obtained more than $21,000,000 for her clients. When she’s not in the office fighting for her clients or in board meetings, Samantha enjoys mentoring the next generation pursuing a legal career, cooking, traveling, watching live sports (Go Dodgers!), and going for long walks with her husband and dog, Bella.
