Samantha J. Weiser joined Jorgensen, Brownell & Pepin, P.C. in 2023 as a law clerk and became an associate attorney in 2024. She primarily practices in estate planning, probate, guardianships and conservatorships, and Medicaid. She is known for her meticulous approach, creative solutions, and compassionate care. She was sworn into the State Bar of Michigan in November 2023 and the State Bar of Colorado in February 2024. She served as a managing editor of Michigan State Law Review (MSLR) and was published in its print journal and Online Forum, receiving two Jurisprudence Achievement Awards for writing. She also volunteered as a guardian ad litem and organized an expungement fair.
