Scott Goodwin received his Bachelors degree from Michigan State University in 1983 and his Juris Doctorate from the Detroit College of Law in 1986. He is dedicated to fighting for Justice everyday and to protecting the 7th amendment right to a Jury trial. Over 38 years focusing his attention on Auto, Truck and Bus crashes, Dog bites, Premises and Explosion cases. He has dedicated his career to making a positive impact on people’s lives through his relentless advocacy and legal strategies. Earning recognition on the National Trial Lawyers: Top 100 list, among other accolades, he consistently demonstrates his commitment to justice. As the founder of Scott Goodwin Law P.C., he leads our team in providing personalized care for those suffering serious injuries due to car crashes, motorcycle collisions, trucking wrecks, dog bites, dangerous products, slip-and-fall accidents and more. He is the past president of the Michigan Association for Justice, (The Plaintiffs’ Trial Bar) and has been included on the Best Lawyers in America list from 2011-2025.
