Scott S. Bethune is a founding member of the law firm Davis Bethune Jones. Scott concentrates his trial practice in the areas of complex litigation, personal injury/wrongful death cases, product liability, and mass torts. Scott is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, a Fellow in the International Society of Barristers, and has been inducted as a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, serving as President of the Western MO/Eastern KS Chapter in 2012. Scott is also a Fellow in the Litigation Counsel of America and member of the Trial Law and Diversity Law Institutes. Scott served as a Commissioner and Secretary of Missouri’s Appellate Judicial Nominating Commission from 2016-2021 and was a member of the 16th Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission from 2010-2015.
