Stephanie Cassman is an experienced trial lawyer in Indiana, defending plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts. Her practice areas include personal injury, wrongful death, and civil rights cases. She focuses on understanding the full impact of injuries on her clients' lives. Stephanie lectures on jury selection and trial advocacy and has held leadership positions in the Indianapolis Bar Association, including Chair of the Litigation Section (2011) and Vice President of the Board of Directors (2015). She is a Distinguished Fellow of the Indianapolis Bar Foundation. Indiana Super Lawyers® named her one of the state's top 50 attorneys and 25 women in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021. She was named Indiana Defense Lawyer of the Year in 2015. Stephanie earned a bachelor's degree in political science from Indiana University and is licensed to practice law in Indiana, the United States District Courts for the Southern and Northern Districts, and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. She has successfully argued numerous appeals. She joined Jason and Stephen's LLP in 2017 after 17 years as a litigator at Lewis Wagner.
