About Stephanie
Stephanie Iken grew up in a military family, with values of integrity, service, and excellence. She experienced adversity early on, including childhood sexual assault and losing her home to Hurricane Katrina. These experiences shaped her into a compassionate advocate for victims’ rights. She graduated second in her high school class in 2011 and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at the University of Colorado, cum laude. Stephanie's work in complex tort litigation is a calling, deeply passionate about advocating for those harmed by toxic chemicals, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals. Her commitment stems from her grandfather’s exposure to Agent Orange and her own experiences with injustice. She has helped manage over 30,000 individual tort cases and assisted in coordinating significant settlements, including a $19.5 million settlement in the Monsanto/Roundup litigation. Outside of work, she enjoys birdwatching, yoga, CrossFit, traveling, and volunteering at a cat shelter and with the American Red Cross.
