Suzanne Ogden has practiced as a medical negligence attorney for over 20 years. She has extensive experience representing clients in matters involving medical negligence, wrongful death, and vulnerable adult abuse and neglect, including claims for failure to diagnose, failure to treat, medical error, unexpected/adverse outcome following medical treatment, agency and ostensible agency claims, negligent privileging and credentialing, and punitive damages. Prior to becoming an attorney, Suzanne practiced as a registered nurse in the areas of skilled nursing, endoscopy, special procedures and outpatient surgery. Suzanne’s nursing experience has given her extensive knowledge of issues in cases involving hospital policies/procedures, elder care, surgery, sepsis, gastroenterology, pain management, oncology, pressure sores/wound management and nursing liability.
