Attorney Pursley’s practice covers a broad spectrum of personal injury, property damage and employment litigation, with an emphasis on insurance, products liability and workplace discrimination matters. He has successfully tried, arbitrated and mediated cases filed in state and federal court in Massachusetts and Rhode Island, as well as un- and underinsured motorist claims. His insurance work has included automobile and premises liability cases, SIU investigations and coverage issues. His products liability work has included cases involving asbestos, motor vehicles, marine products, industrial and commercial machinery and consumer appliances. His employment work has involved matters commenced in the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination, the Rhode Island Commission for Human Rights, and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Attorney Pursley also represents local businesses including non-profits on corporate, contract and employee matters. He is also the past Vice-Chairman of the Town of Easton’s Zoning Board of Appeals, on which he served for 15 years. Attorney Pursley has practiced at Lynch & Lynch since 2007, joining the firm after working for many years at Cornell & Gollub, where he was a partner from 2000 - 2007.
