Thomas J. Roman is a retired partner of Kimmel, Carter, Roman, Peltz & O'Neill, P.A. Mr. Roman’s practice was focused on general and civil trial practice, insurance, personal injury plaintiffs, workers’ compensation, construction accidents, and products liability. Prior to joining the firm, he served 20 years with the Delaware State Police, acting as its legal liaison officer and retiring with the rank of captain. Licensed to practice law in Delaware for more than 36 years, Mr. Roman is an experienced and skilled attorney who continued to represent injured police officers and other first responders up until his retirement. He is actively involved in Delaware’s law enforcement community through his activities with Delaware Crime Stoppers and the Delaware Police Chiefs’ Foundation.
