Thomas LaGreca is an attorney with the firm, licensed to practice in New York, but he does not litigate or arbitrate claims on behalf of the firm. Rather, as the Executive Director of Healthcare Recovery at Callagy Law, he focuses primarily on business development and our relationships with medical providers. These responsibilities span all three categories of claims against insurance carriers-PIP, Workers’ Compensation and Commercial Insurance. Mr. LaGreca’s background in both the law and business provides him with the ability to grasp the legal issues surrounding healthcare recovery, while at the same time understanding the business and financial challenges faced by the medical industry.
