About Thomas

Thomas Smith, a Knoxville native, graduated magna cum laude from the University of Tennessee with a B.A. in Political Science in 2013 and earned his law degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 2016, with a concentration in advocacy and dispute resolution. He was a member of the Tennessee Law Review and received several awards for his academic and clinical achievements. Prior to joining the Garza Law Firm, Thomas worked in the Tennessee General Assembly’s Office of Legal Services and for the Law Offices of Tony Seaton & Associates.
