Tom Waun is the managing partner in the Flint, Michigan office of Johnson Law, PLC. He has a statewide practice focused primarily on plaintiff’s personal injury matters including motor vehicle accidents, trucking accidents, construction site accidents, product liability, premises liability, police misconduct and legal malpractice cases. With a 34-year career, Tom has tried over 100 civil jury trials to verdict and obtained numerous multi-figure verdicts and settlements. He is a frequent lecturer on negligence law and trial practice and previously taught as an adjunct professor at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. He is a Super Lawyer and a Michigan Lawyers Weekly Leader in the Law.
