About Tim
Tim Christie has been the Claims Manager for Lofranco Corriero since 2008, specializing in Serious Injury and Catastrophic Injury cases. He works directly with Rocco Lofranco and is the 'go to' person for all issues involving the Statutory Accident Benefits Schedule (SABS) and the Ontario Insurance Act. He brought over 25 years of claims experience from major Canadian insurance carriers, having worked at a senior level. Tim has Certificates in Dispute Resolution and Mediation from York University and Harvard Law School. He has prepared for and participated in dozens of mediations, many involving large loss claims. He was appointed by the Minister of Finance to the FSCO task force on accreditation and was invited to be a member of the Bill 59 Forms Committee. Tim has also made presentations at legal seminars.
