About Timothy

Timothy 'Tim' Fitzpatrick has been working at FMSS in several capacities since he was in high school. Attorney Fitzpatrick graduated from Bentley University in 2007 with a Bachelor's in Marketing, and obtained an MBA from Bentley in 2009. Following his studies, Attorney Fitzpatrick was the sales and investments manager at Preview Properties, one of Boston's highest rated real estate brokerages. After realizing that many of his duties in real estate involved consultations and client advice, Tim enrolled at the University of Miami Law School. In his Miami years, Tim worked for Samuel A. Rubert, P.A., a finance and alcoholic beverage law firm, where his clients included hotels, liquor stores, restaurants, and bars. Attorney Fitzpatrick currently focuses on personal injury, criminal law, municipal law, and real estate law.
