Born in Vero Beach, Florida, Todd W. Fennell is a valued member of the Estate Planning & Tax Group. He is Chairman of the Family Office Division and focuses his practice on sophisticated estate and tax planning strategies for high net worth individuals and families. Upon graduation, Todd practiced in the tax department at the large commercial law firm of Trenam Kemker in Tampa, Florida, before returning to Vero Beach and joining Gould Cooksey Fennell. Todd frequently lectures on the issues of estate tax and planning and probate and trust administration. He is admitted to practice before the tax court of the States.
