About Veronica

Veronica R. Medina, Esq., is an Associate Attorney driven by a commitment to justice and advocacy. Graduating cum laude from Montclair State University with a double concentration in Bachelor of Arts in Justice Studies and Paralegal Studies (minors in Environmental Justice and Family Justice), she was inspired by a professor to attend law school while working on an environmental justice project addressing lead poisoning in inner cities. She pursued her legal education at Rutgers Law School in Newark, New Jersey, where she became a published author and interned at a health law corporation and the Bergen County Courthouse. She participated on the executive board as the Secretary for the Public Interest Law Student Association during her second year of law school. In addition to academic achievements, she served as a Lexis Student Representative and a Lexis Social Specialist, assisting fellow students with research assignments. Her dedication to pro bono work resulted in over 600 hours, contributing to various projects and initiatives, including Rutgers Law School’s Child Advocacy Clinic. After law school, Ms. Medina embarked on a family law clerkship at the Morris County Superior Court, handling family and matrimonial disputes. Her subsequent roles encompassed litigation for plaintiffs' personal injury claims and personal injury protection arbitration litigation disputes. She also served as a networking attorney, connecting with over 100 business owners to boost a sole-practitioner's law firm. This diverse background included a stint as a litigator for insurance defense litigation, providing her with a unique perspective on both sides of personal injury arguments. Presently, Ms. Medina works as a supervisor attorney for intake, co-manager of the monthly statute list for all the active cases in the firm, and a litigator for personal injury cases. Her dedication to helping those in need during challenging times underscores her passion for advocating on behalf of her clients.
