About Vickie

Vickie Ross is a consumer trial lawyer, who has spent decades representing the rights of individuals and helping families through devastating crises. She specializes in cases involving serious injuries, product liability, wrongful death, and utility-caused wildfires. At Fox Law, Vickie utilizes her experience to assist her clients in navigating through catastrophic injuries and major harm from wildfires. She has worked closely with hundreds of wildfire victims from the Southern California Woolsey and Thomas Fires, the Northern California Slater/Happy Camp, Dixie, Mountain View, Zogg, McKinney and Mill Fires, and the McBride Fire in New Mexico. Vickie has extensive jury trial and negotiating experience on complex cases throughout the state. Vickie graduated from San Diego State University with Distinction in her major, Public Administration. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law with Cum Laude honors. In addition to her California State Bar membership, Vickie holds a California real estate broker’s license. Vickie has been actively involved in pro bono work with San Diego Volunteer Lawyers, representing families in guardianship proceedings. She is also an advocate for individuals with special needs, assisting their families in securing benefits, aiding them in pursuing independent living, and assuring their rights are protected.
