Craig Hamilton is an experienced trial lawyer who handles high stakes litigation for a broad range of clients in the areas of product liability, professional liability, construction, maritime, and transportation (including trucking and GIG industry matters). Craig also advises local and regional businesses in employment matters including day-to-day employment decisions, employer handbooks and forms, workplace injuries, worker’s compensation claims, and OSHA investigations, along with the defense of employment-related cases. Craig regularly handles cases in both state and federal courts in Alabama, Florida, and Mississippi and he has been involved in numerous arbitrations. Craig has been involved in the firm’s leadership for many years and he currently serves on the Firm’s Executive Committee. Craig is on the steering committees for the ALFA International Complex Torts/Product Liability Practice Group and the Professional Liability Practice Group and he regularly speaks at ALFA events. He is also a sustaining member of the Product Liability Advisory Council, the Professional Liability Defense Federation, the Defense Research Institute, and the International Association of Defense Counsel.
