Jordan is a native of Rome, Georgia. Jordan attended Berry College for two years before transferring to the University of Georgia where he graduated in 2003 with a B.B.A. in Finance and Real Estate. Jordan attended the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama. Jordan was President of his class at Cumberland. Jordan began working at the firm in 2006. He was named a partner of the firm in 2012. Jordan’s legal practice includes a broad range of legal areas. These areas include both trial and transaction work. Jordan’s litigation experience includes areas from personal injury to breach of contract to negligent construction. Recently, most of Jordan’s practice has focused on real estate and corporate closings of all types. Jordan has handled thousands of commercial and residential closings for various lenders and individuals. Jordan also represents financial institutions and businesses located throughout northwest Georgia as their corporate counsel. Jordan’s background in real estate, banking, corporate law, and litigation makes him especially suited to represent any type of business client.
