Walter Kelly was elected to serve as Secretary Treasury of the Trust & Estate Section Executive Council of the Colorado Bar Association for the 2008-2009 term. He was selected by his peers for inclusion in the 2009, 2010, and 2013 editions of The Best Lawyers in America in the specialty of Trusts and Estates and Litigation - Trusts & Estates. He has been elected as a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, a national association that brings together lawyers who have made outstanding contributions to the field of trust and estate law. He was also a Super Lawyer in Estate Planning and Probate in 2012 and 2011.
