William Kelhoffer, known as Bill, is the Managing Attorney at Rafi Law Group. He is a client-focused personal injury advocate who listens to his clients and focuses on their needs. In addition to his unwavering commitment to clients, Bill dedicates long hours to every case he represents in order to maximize recovery and achieve excellent results. A Phoenix native, Bill earned his Bachelor of Science in Business and Communication from Arizona State University and his law degree from Phoenix School of Law in 2013. He is admitted to practice before the Arizona Supreme Court and District Court, and has served Phoenix residents as a personal injury attorney for years. Outside the office, Bill enjoys baseball, kayaking, and supporting local sports teams like the Diamondbacks, Suns, and Cardinals.
