William F. Martin, Jr. graduated from BC Law School in 1987 and clerked for Justice Joseph Nolan of the MA Supreme Judicial Court. He joined Hale & Dorr in 1989, focusing on commercial real estate transactions. In 1993, he joined Arthur Eno in practice in Lowell, MA. He was elected to the Lowell City Council in 1997, serving nine terms, including a term as Mayor of Lowell. In 2001, he merged his firm with Matthew Donahue, Joseph Donahue, and Arthur Eno Jr. to create Eno Martin Donahue, LLP. He was elected Mayor of Lowell in 2005.
