About William

Will Kulp is a second-year law student at the University of South Carolina Joseph F. Rice School of Law. Born and raised in Charleston, he attended Academic Magnet High School before earning his undergraduate degree in Biology and Chemistry from the College of Charleston. Before pursuing law, he gained experience in emergency medicine, fashion, and hospitality management in both Charleston and New York City. During law school, Will has clerked for notable Charleston law firms, gaining valuable experience advocating for injured individuals and those seeking justice through the civil legal system. He is an editorial staff member of the South Carolina Law Review and serves as Secretary of Professional Student Affairs for the Graduate Student Association. He is also a member of the Lincoln Douglas Debate Society and has been named to the Dean’s List every semester. Seeking to further broaden his legal education, Will participated in the University of South Carolina’s study-abroad program, where he studied in Oxford, Edinburgh, and London. This program, conducted in conjunction with The Honourable Society of Gray’s Inn, the Advocates Library in Edinburgh, and Town Hall Oxford, provided him with an international perspective on the legal profession. A Charleston native, Will intends to dedicate his practice to representing injured individuals in his home state of South Carolina, advocating for those harmed by the negligence of others.
