Xena R. Mashburn is an associate in the Los Angeles office where she focuses her practice on medical malpractice and healthcare law. She is a 2014 graduate of Western Michigan University Cooley Law School. While in law school, Xena clerked for the Honorable Rosemarie E. Aquilina for the 30th Circuit Court in Michigan and the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office for the Preliminary, Appellate, and Habeas Corpus Divisions. In addition to her years of experience litigating medical malpractice matters, Xena also enjoys handling complex civil matters, having represented countless corporate clients. Xena is also a 2018 graduate of Gerry Spence’s Trial Lawyer’s College.
