Xon Hostetter

About Xon

Xon Hostetter is an associate with EMWN, focusing on complex litigation and criminal defense. He graduated magna cum laude from Asbury College in 2000 and earned his doctorate in philosophy from the University of Georgia in 2008. He is a cum laude graduate of the University of Georgia School of Law, where he was a Senior Notes Editor for the Journal of Intellectual Property Law and served on the winning team at the Jerome Prince National Evidence Moot Court Competition. Xon was selected for the Lumpkin Inn of Court and the Order of the Barristers before being admitted to the Kentucky bar in 2015. Prior to EMWN, he worked as a public defender for six years and then defended insured matters for two years. He has tried ten cases in front of Kentucky juries.
