At the end of Plaintiff’s case-in-chief, the court agreed with the defense that, as a matter of law, the Plaintiff had failed to put forth any evidence (1) that the Defendant was on notice of an allegedly dangerous condition or (2) that the Defendant had sufficient opportunity to correct the condition.
