Case Details
Gerald Foust was a passenger in a vehicle that was traveling on Fort Campbell Boulevard in Hopkinsville, Kentucky. An adverse driver, driving a company truck, failed to yield the right of way and caused a multiple vehicle accident. Gerald was transported by ambulance to Jennie Stuart Medical Center in Clarksville. He was later transported by life flight to Vanderbilt Hospital. He suffered multiple injuries including a fractured cheekbone, fractured ribs, punctured lungs, lacerated liver and a traumatic brain injury. Medical expenses were over $250,000.
